How to Buy

Buying equipment through Premier is simple. Follow the steps below to get started:

Step 1:  Find equipment to buy.

There are two ways to find equipment:
  1. Review our Auction Calendar for upcoming equipment auctions.

A brochure with equipment listings is available approximately three weeks prior to an auction. Then, a catalog is published approximately one week before the event. Both documents are posted on our website on the auction calendar. Look at them to see if there is equipment you might be interested in.

  2. Call us at 1-918-499-8900 if you have any questions or need help finding equipment.

Step 2:  Bid on equipment.

  1. Bidding in an auction

To bid on equipment in an auction, you must register. Registering to bid is FREE. Below is a description of the process:

    1. When you come to the auction, please submit your ID and fill out a bidder's registration form at the registration desk. Please have the following information with you:

      • Address
      • Phone and Fax
      • Method of payment (wire transfer, bank guarantee letter for personal or company checks, etc.)
      • Whether or not you pay tax (you must have a copy of your actual sales tax permit)

If you are paying with a personal or company check, please obtain a bank guarantee letter from your bank and mail or fax (1-918-499-8900) the document to us, or bring it to the auction site.

Here is a sample bank guarantee letter.

    2. You will be given a numbered sale catalog with the complete terms of sale inside and a list of all the items in the order they will be sold. You will then be able to bid on any of the equipment in the auction sale and will be responsible for purchases applied to that bidding number.
